Candidate should be able to perform following descriptions

• Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products
• Reaching the targets and goals set for the area
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
• Servicing the needs of existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole
• Recruiting and training sales staff
• Allocating areas to sales representatives
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures
• Possibly dealing with some major customer KEY accounts
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Reporting to senior managers
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Organizing sales visits.
• Demonstrating and presenting products.
• Establishing new business.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Reviewing sales performance.
• Negotiating contracts and packages.
• Aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• To increase the portfolio of the company by conducting research on potential clients.
• Achieving sale targets of Ghee plant on weekly and monthly bases.
• Analyzing the customer’s profiles for an effective B2B business.
• Develop and maintain sale and promotional activities.
• Prepare and present basin distribution contracts.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Generate reports on sale activities for management.
• Market complains and their effective & efficient actions.
• Identifying complex problems and finding their solutions.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
