Required Skills

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Your job duties may include

Recruitment

Post jobs for open positions
Shortlist candidates
Establish communication, schedule, and conduct interviews with the department heads
Complete hiring and onboarding process for new employees
Keep recruitment active throughout the year

HR Documents

Collecting and Maintaining Employee Personal Data/Documents
Maintain company HR documents
Updating templates for company HR documents as needed

Operations

Need to handle all office operations.
Review projects and submit them to clients
Staff Training
