A data analyst mostly works with an organization structured data and create reports, dashboard & other visualization with customers, business process data on sales numbers, market research & to provide insights to senior management in support of decision-making efforts, linguistics, or other behaviors. To ensure the quality and accuracy of that data and present it in ways to help people, businesses, and organizations make better decisions.
Role and Responsibilities
A variety of tasks must be completed by Data Analyst to ensure that company’s Appliances department objectives are communicated and achieved smoothly and effectively. The main tasks include but not limited to are as follows:
1. Collecting and interpreting data
2. Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
3. Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
4. Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
5. Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
6. Helping in develop reports and analysis of purchase status, sales target vs achievement along with stock, sales, returns.
7. Filtering & cleaning the data
8. Managing raw data into meaningful reports.
9. Gathering data and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
10. Comply, in all respect, with all applicable laws & regulations.
11. Should be able to cover any colleague leaving on vacation.
12. Willing to perform any additional task requested by management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computers, Businesses Administration, Business Management, or related field. Preferred Skills
1. Solid knowledge and understanding of data analyst or in a related field.
2. Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
3. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
4. High-level written and verbal communication skills.
5. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
6. Accurate and precise attention to detail
7. Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
8. Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
9. Ability to work with little or no supervision
10. Excellent presentation skills
11. Self-motivated and enthusiastic
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Exceptional customer service skills.
