Develop course modules.
Assess staff.
Formulate effective communication strategies and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
Coordinate with staff to ensure effective implementation of curriculum.
Supervising students’ development by evaluating their progress reports.
Evaluate educational technologies and mentor new teachers to help them develop effective instructional methods and strategies.
Maintaining a database of students’ feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
Provide support to the Senior Admission Counselor when needed.

Skills Required:

Sound knowledge of managing personnel related to web applications departments.
Critical thinkers with strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work in groups and demonstrate leadership skills.
Creative problem solving and decision making skills in the creation and implementation of new curriculum and academic materials.
Designing training programs for new teachers.
