RETAIL SECTOR Comprehensive Operational Knowledge.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
Plan work assessments, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
To manage stock control and reconcile with data storage / IT system
To prepare reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
To maintain statistical and financial records of the Warehouses and Dispatch operations.
To build a team of professionals in pursuit of departmental and organizational goals.
Responsible for store related documents posting in system
Responsible to maintain stock level on different location
Responsible to align physical stocks with system
Provide guide line & training to subordinates for stock handling and stacking
Responsible to visit different store location to ensure internal control and stock handling
Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.
Physical counting of inventory stock on daily basis and report to management. Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and space utilization at Store.
Check & reconcile all the postings made in the MIS on daily basis. Monitors and reports on out of stock goods.
Ensures that perpetual and annual inventory stocks are accurately counted and scanned.
Ensures that monthly stock status reports are submitted to the respective reflecting the accurate physical stock at the Store.
Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
