Maintain Export Shipments Record with Complete details of each E-Forms, From Approval to Realization.
Cable to manage Export Laws Compliance with applicable Laws & Company Policies.
Correspondence with Warehouse Teams for loading/unloading Import/Export Cargos to ensure seamless Services.
Develop Customer Bank & Make Good Relations
Must have knowledge to develop Costing’s & Payment Mechanisms
Supervision of Export-related Logistic Documents & Payments.
Consolidated Accounts (Trial balance, Income statement and Balance sheet)
Periodical reporting (Balance sheet, bank loan, project wise report, product wise report)
Uploading daily finance expenses on ERP.
Dealing with Financials Institution (Banks, Leasing houses, and Insurance companies)
Prepare Cash flow forecast monthly and updating in the Magnitude.
Maintain and update cashbook after getting the relevant information of all inflows from the Operations department and send to the Outsourced Accounting team to close the party ledgers.
