Responsibilities:

Development of marketing strategies: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the agency's services, attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Conducting market research: Conducting research to understand client needs and preferences and stay current on industry trends to inform marketing strategies.

Creating advertising campaigns: Develop advertising campaigns for clients that are creative, effective and aligned with their marketing goals.

Creative Process Management: Managing the creative process, including copywriting, design and production, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with the agency's services and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Budget Management: Manage budgets for advertising campaigns and ensure they are delivered within budget while monitoring ROI and making adjustments as needed.

Measurement and analysis of campaign results: Measurement and analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, presentation of findings to clients and recommendations for future campaigns.

Collaborate with other teams: Collaborate with other teams within the agency, including creative, media and account management, to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Keep abreast of industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the advertising industry and apply this knowledge to improve the agency's services and offerings.

Overall, as a marketing manager at an advertising company, your role is to create and execute effective marketing strategies that help the agency attract and retain clients and deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client goals and deliver results.
