Forecast quarterly and annual sales volume.
Identify hiring needs, select and train new team members.
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
Area visits with his concern TSO/TSM/ASM of his zone.
Ensure to fulfill monthly targets
Prepare and share all the reports to the concerned manager and head office on regular basis on time.
Ensure to settle down all the matters with distributors if needed.
Arrange/participate in periodic meetings with sales team office zone.
Plan sales promotional activities in the region and coordinate with the sales promotion team to execute such activities.
Any other tasks assigned by line manager.
