- Provide guideline to team members for ERP implementation.
- Supervise, plan and coordinate with staff for day to day activities of Finance & Accounts.
- Prepare and present Expenditure report, Financial statements, Bank reconciliation, Balance sheet variance and Analysis.
- Monitor and report income, cash flow and expenditure. Identify trends and develop organizational projections for annual / quarterly / monthly budgeting.
- Approval of weekly payments and vouchers. To check tax deduction for legal compliance.
- Carry out Internal Audit on random basis. Periodically meet with ERP vendor for effective and timely implementation and progress report.
- Monitor and audit petty cash expenses, Supervisor Monthly Payroll.
- Conduct Studies, reviews and evaluation for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Liaise with Tax consultants for audit / tax related matters.
- Lead and provide guidance to staff to take action for improvement in Finance & Accounts.
- Having sound knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, cash flow management, financial reporting and planning and Internal controls.
- Carry out regular coaching & reviews for training and development of team members.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Should be a team player.
- Should possess strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Well conversant with MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Power Point and MS Excel
