For our PU Foam Factory, we require an Assistant Factory Manager with the following criteria:

The candidate should be Graduate
Minimum 5 Years Experience working as Factory In-charge / Manager in any Export Oriented Factory.
Very Active on Floor & Strong in Production/Floor Management.
Capable of Producing Export Quality products with minimum wastage/rejection.
Should have very good Knowledge and Experience of:
I/E and Line Alignment/Management.
Quality issues.
Effectively Training & Managing Line Supervisors and Checkers.

Controlling Wastage / Rejects in production / Ensuring Timely Deliveries
