Manage day to day accounting, costing and reporting activities & can demonstrate experience of accounting policy/process development, development of costing systems etc.
Working closely with Sales, Procurement and Manager Finance, prepare monthly cash forecasts and track on daily bases.
Review, sign & post all vouchers from accounting sections.
Introduce a monthly Financial Statement Close schedule and ensure compliance.
Responsible for development & custodian of in-process controls and their regular testing to ensure they are effective.
Review monthly Bank reconciliations and ensure that all open items are investigated and cleared within 1 month from appearing in the Bank reconciliation.
Review monthly P&L and BS account reconciliations and ensure all adjustments are explained in detail and relevant adjustment processed in next month after due approval.
Working with various department heads, ensure timely preparation of monthly review pack for management incl. various reconciliations and schedules.
Lead the annual planning exercise and prepare detailed business plan.
Ensure monthly tracking of plan vs actuals & explanation of variances. Where required, lead the quarterly redbreasts and work with Dir Finance/CEO to track progress.
Any other activity as may be required by the Organization.

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of computer-Windows and Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel.
Should have working knowledge of Accounting Package.
Confident, Self-driven and a Team Player.
Qualification C.A Inter, Articals, CIMA , ACCA

Minimum EXP: 3 years for other industries working experience on ERP soft wares Such as SAP and Oracle
