Billing Account Receivable Executive

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
Perform internal audits to improve department results
Create an efficient AR team overseeing all activity through month end closing and reporting
Conduct account research and analysis
Maintain an accurate aging report
Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
Perform account reconciliations
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Generate aging analysis
Review AR aging to ensure compliance
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
Assist with month-end closing
Collect data and prepare monthly metrics.
