  • Daily coordination of third party/own bank account Post Dated cheques from debtors to creditors.
  • Daily posting of Journal Vouchers in ERP Software.
  • Daily Bank Reconciliation.
  • Posting Monthly/Annual Adjusting entries for Accounts Finalization
  • Verification and Finalization of All Accounts for monthly and annual financial statements.  
  • Posting of Bank Payment vouchers and Bank Receipt Vouchers in ERP.
  • Prepare All Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Weekly reconciliation of debtors and creditors ledger.
  • Coordinate with ERP team for customization/verification and development of reports.
  • Co-ordinating with transporters/brokers/vendors of raw material to fill and release raw material trucks. 
  • Verify that data entered in All modules of the ERP is correct. (through co-ordination with respective personnel).
  • Responding to All queries of the Directors and submitting any reports that they require. 
  • Prepare schedules and provide relevant information as required by external auditor.
  • Ensure All aspects of compliance  required by SECP for Private Limited companies.
  • Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
  • Candidates willing to work Long term with the company (atleast 8-10 years) will be preferred.
  • Having prior experience of working in the Accounts department of a Poultry Feed mill will be a plus point.
