Al-Mustafa Welfare Society is hiring Project Manager.

The position is Karachi based.

Duties and responsibilities are as following, but not limited to these activities:

Correspondence and coordination regarding projects of Al-Mustafa UK and other organizations
Take approval of all communicated projects and ensure the implementation of all projects
Management of project expenses
Preparation of all ledger regarding remittances and payments of Al-Mustafa, UK
Prior approvals from trustee on payment approval form for each payments must be taken
Follow-ups for dues recovery
Approach to local corporate Organizations, Islamic Banks, National & Multinational Companies for donations.
Daily correspondence and timely follow-ups must be done
Responsible to get Al-Mustafa enlisted in various Government welfare programs like Zakat & Ushr, Ehsaas Kafaalat program, apply for grants and get approval, taking feedback and recovery of the funds
Correspondence on behalf of the trust. Aware them about Al-Mustafa activities, invite them and apply for their grant projects
Approach to local and international NGOs for funds/Projects
Responsible for maintaining & updating record of each project files, payments and other files
Any other task assigned by the management
