Versatile candidate needed to handle day to day office tasks that are based on routine work, such as, but not limited to:
- Sub Agents query handling
- Travel Itinerary and Voucher Creation
- Secretarial Work
- Customer Handling Over Phone Calls
- Computer Related Work (High Profficiency Required)
- Letters, Documents, Legal Notices/ Responses Creation etc.
Candidates with strong interpersonal skills, and computer experience in Microsoft Office, Word and such other softwares will DEFINITELY be preferred.
Short listed candidates will be interviewed and selected on a merit basis. Once hired, a brief time period of training will help understand work flow and day to day tasks etc.
A fair to strong grip over English Language required to help create basic level content thats mandated to the professional decorum of any organization.
