- Arrange and conduct interview.
- Arrange Final interviews with the Manager for shortlisted candidates.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goal.
- Perform other duties assigned as well.
- Maintain Discipline in office
- Create and update job descriptions, on-the-job training (OJT) checklists and other forms
