Content Writer

This is a technical writing position to write programmer’s guides, API references, administrator guides, and other technical material for our software products. You will work closely with our development team.

Qualification:

Must have an BCS/MCS in computer science or equivalent
3+ years experience in technical writing preferred
Excellent writing skills in English required
Programming background a strong plus in C++, Java, or C#
Strong ability to take ownership and work independently

Responsibilities include:

Work with DEV and QA teams to learn product functionality
Write product manuals, guides, and references
Help write technical marketing material
