Job Description

  • Development and execution of structured sales plans, based on sound knowledge of market variables and customer needs.
  • Consistent delivery of sales targets, with a view to remain at par with the monthly target.
  • Improve profitability through increased fee income generation.
  • Regularly review customer complaints, approaching complainant personally where required to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Pro-actively gear up sales efforts, in line with changes in business strategy.
  • Responsible to review all high risk account as per their defined period.
  • conjunction with Branch Manager and Marketing, ensure effective implementation / rollout of relevant marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Responsible to follow ABPL & SBP AML / CFT Policy, while opening of accounts.
  • Spearhead efforts for marketing new relationships.
  • Executing marketing activates to increase volumes and building relationship to extend banking facilities.
  • Provide suggestions on new product and service opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with guideline specified by regulatory (Internal & External) authorities as well as SOPs.
  • Ensure strictly follow-up KYC & AML specified for Branch Banking.
  • To undertake any other duties as required by the Bank.
