  • Responsible for new product development and execution.
  • Responsible to manage Cut to pack operations.

  • Discussion with other team members (like merchants, fabric manager, cutting team, planning team / marketing team.
  • Ensure quality of production or stitch garments.
  • Well Knowledge of production and reconciliation of fabrics and accessories.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office about the progress of stitched productions.
  • To ensure for appropriate working environment for all employees of the stitching unit.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports.
  • Prepare pre & post costing of stitched garments.
  • Prepare project feasibility as per information from the management.
  • Development of MMR
