- Develop and monitor accounting policies and procedures within generally accpeted accounting principles.
- Supervise, plan and coordinate with staff for day to day activities of Finance & Accounts.
- Cross verification and supervision of sales and cash summaries for management reporting and presentation.
- Handling all legal notices and compliances of tax authorities with the help of Consultants.
- Monitor and report income, cash flow and expenditure. Identify trends and develop organizational projections for annual / quarterly / monthly budgeting.
- Approval of weekly payments and vouchers. To check tax deduction for legal compliance.
- Carry out Internal Audit on random basis.
- Monitor and audit petty cash expenses, Supervisor Monthly Payroll.
- Conduct Studies, reviews and evaluation for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Having sound knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, cash flow management, financial reporting and planning and Internal controls.
- Should possess strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Well conversant with MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Power Point and MS Excel
