- Assist to liaison with government departments (Local/Federal)
- Manage and Administer entire admin team for daily/weekly/monthly duty/ies
- Assist to Manager for Repair and Maintenance of premises/offices as per schedule or need basis management
- Assist to develop and maintain PR with Housekeeping and other suppliers/vendors
- Manage housekeeping staff duties and ensure proper implementation on housekeeping schedule
- Routine bills verification before payment
