• Processing of sales and purchase invoices on daily basis.

• Keeping Up to date prices in ERP system

• Updating of debtors and creditors ledger.

• Recording of receipts and payments vouchers

• Verification of contractor bills on weekly basis

• Generation of vendors payment schedule for management approval

• Assist and liaison with internal audit team

• Keeping customer and vendor ledgers up to date at all times

• Bank and ledger reconciliations

• Costing of new products/ revising cost as per change in prices of input/FOH

• Stock count of finished goods, stores and making reconciliations at each month end

• Maintaining fixes assets register

• Any Other Duty assigned by the line manager.
