We have an opportunity for a highly motivated senior-level: Quality Assurance Automation Expert to join our rapidly growing team. Our mission is to bend the healthcare cost curve by using analytic applications and data science to identify cases of fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA). Globally 8 trillion dollars are spent in healthcare annually. FWA accounts for up to 10% of every dollar spent in the healthcare systems. That equates to almost 800 billion dollars lost annually. FWA is a growing problem - as providers find ways to evade traditional forms of rule-based fraud detection, our clients need to enhance their firepower with advanced analytic systems. Our development team and data science team builds application using JavaScript that leverage algorithms built using Python, R, and SQL to identify these bad actors.

Our founder has developed 70+ systems in his career, 2 of which are still number 1 in the world today.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for automating the manual testing over all test automation of projects involving our J2EE and Angular products.

Creating test plans and scripts, building automated tests using automation tools, Junit and /OR Selenium, creating data fixtures, reporting bugs, approving builds, analysis for regression case coverage, smoke test, black box tests and certifying existing automated tests against the requirements.

Writing automated tests in Java and its various tools.
Creation of test plans, test scenarios and test scripts.
Automating regression tests from backlog.
Automating performance tests
Validating that the unit tests where completed successfully
Manual testing of features and bug fixes if automation is not possible.
Reviewing and certifying existing automated tests against the requirements
Multi-tasking different projects and following project testing through to completion
Collaboration with different teams, both technical and business.
Rapid and thorough discovery of defects and reporting using bug tracking system
Production testing of releases where needed
Create release notes of software to be released.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience testing web-based solutions.
3+ years of professional experience creating automated tests.
Experience developing scenarios for complex calculations.
Professional experience using testing frameworks (J2EE, Java-script).
Programming experience on the J2EE stack.
Ability to manage your own mile stones and scoping Customer requirements.
Very detailed oriented.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong validation skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
