Alkaram Paper Mills(Pvt) Ltd is hiring an experienced “HR Payroll Officer” having well versed experience and expertise in generating payroll. In this role, the duties will include ensuring accurate salary payments, calculating overtime earnings, deductions, leave management and updating employee hiring or termination information on the payroll system.
Responsibilities:
- Calculating salaries, overtime earnings, and vacation/leave deductions.
- Making and Issuing paychecks and pay slips in a timely manner.
- Generating payroll reports for Managers to review.
- Updating payroll systems, including employment hires and terminations.
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days and holidays/leaves.

Requirements
- BBA/MBA
- Should have at least 4 or more years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience working as a Payroll Officer.
- Advanced Mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting software and procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expert in MS Excel
Days: Monday – Saturday
Timings: Morning Shift
Salary: 45,000 – 55,000
