Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals against tender inquires
Provide pre and post sales customer support in liaison with manufacturing partners technical team
Oversee smooth execution of order fulfillment procedure
Respond to customer RFPs by proactively approaching manufacturers to discuss the available options and then offer the most appropriate solution for their requirement.
Proactively approach customers to project range of current product lines
Design and develop advertisements, brochures and other marketing materials for promotional purposes.
Create and maintain mailing lists of regional industries
Communicate with customers through newsletters, promotional videos
Assist business development team with power point presentations and scheduled customer visits.
