Allspice is a new concept of mix of international flavors for the Pakistani market. We are looking for a Sous-Chef, someone with an excellent attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. The most important attributes we are looking for an exceptional learning attitude and passion to develop the best experience in the fast casual dining. It does not matter if you have a lot of experience or not. What matters is if you have the JOSH, JAZBA and JANOON to be part of our journey to develop a new concept into a national chain. Experience in developing fusion cuisines will be highly valuable. Experience in dough, grill, rice and multiple sauces will be very helpful.
We have already developed our recipes and are looking for someone to run end-to-end kitchen operations with quality, consistency and crazy customer-centric approach. Everything we do will be from customer’s perspective.

From pitas and wraps to pizza to salad – we do a little bit of everything here at Allspice. The Allspice menu is vibrantly flavored but nutritious: you pick what you want and we put it together for you. Our greens are carefully handpicked, our sauces are original and freshly ground right in our own kitchen, and we pull our bread doughy and melting right out of the oven when you place your order. All in all, food here is done in the friendliest, easiest, and purest way possible./p
