Duties And Responsibilities:

· The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating business for the assigned modalities especially for Pathology section.

· Responsible to establish and continuously develop the relationship with primary customer targets (Health care and Family Practice physicians) for pathology services in Lahore region.

· Achieve sales volume and customer contact targets in Lahore region.

· Proactively identify and build relationships with key decision makers

· Create business plans for territory/assigned customer targets including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies and targets.

· Develop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

· Provide ongoing customer insights, market trends & competitive data to the management

· Leverage up-to-date product and technical expertise to effectively present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers.

· Effectively use sales process and leverage Company resources

· Engage in strategic opportunity management

· Ensure knowledge of and compliance with all Quality, Regulatory and integrity policies and guidelines.

· Experience in Medical Diagnostic Services will be an added advantage

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education level

· 2 years of sales experience in a customer-facing role in a medical, healthcare or Pharma or Pathology (Lab).

· Demonstrated skillset in effective sales process and deal closure

· Proven, effective time management, expense reporting and prioritization skills

· Good English communication skills, both written and verbal

· Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive successful relationship building

Desired Characteristics

· Experience in sales of Pharmaceutical, diagnostics or Pathology providing institutions

· Experience in a sales role where follow up (not just one-time contact) was necessary to close

Preferred experience selling in Pathology services from a recognized institution
