Interacting with American clients on a daily basis; should have an easy-to-understand accent and complete knowledge of American culture and mannerisms.

Rewrite a resume with the help of information provided by the client; effectively communicate with UK and US clients' through email.

Check grammar, language, factual errors and rewrite the resume for the post the candidate has applied; emphasising skills and achievements of the candidates.

Choose the right type of format for every candidate as a resume must be tailored to the specific needs of each employer.

Keep track of the job industry and its requirements.

Work on multiple projects at once and serve a number of clients simultaneously (making each feel as though his/her project is the most important).

Follow PCI compliance.
