The ideal candidate will have the following:

Essential

· Ability to analyse business requirements and client needs, converting them into a technical solution.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exposure to business customers and technology teams.

· Excellent initiative and problem-solving capability with the ability to multitask and take ownership.

· Experience in coding and does not mind programming and writing code if required.

· Ability to work within specifications and to timeframes

· Proven ability to keep a group of business representatives focused on objectives.

· Proficiency in MS office suite (including Word, Visio and Excel)

· Confidence, good relationship skills and be an enthusiastic team player.

Desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

· Broad knowledge of multiple frameworks/languages and technologies including XML, HTML, .NET, ASP.net, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, React Native, Node.js, Angular.js, JavaScript, MongoDB and NoSQL a plus.

· Experience working with MongoDB and NoSQL databases and database concepts

· Good understanding of web application development and the Software Development Life Cycle.

· Knowledge of marketing, print and digital marketing processes and industry experience a plus.

· Tertiary qualification or comparable business analysis experience

· Previous management experience of project implementations.

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
