Alter Synergies is currently seeking a Female Coordinator to work with the CEO and other staff members. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be self-driven and quality focused. Must have strong initiative, be self-directed, and able to accomplish/perform tasks with minimal direction. Must have excellent communication skills, an interest in technology, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The company office is located in DHA Lahore.

Responsibilities:

Assist project teams as needed to ensure project success,
Work through and resolve issues as needed,
Create and modify procedure documentation, user guides and job aids as necessary
Must be proficient with MS Office tools; such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
Ability to learn project process quickly following an orientation,
Good skills for IT processes and systems, process improvement, quality assurance and/or project management,
Candidate must be perceived as ambitious, enthusiastic, self-confident, versatile and willing to learn,
Candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work individually and in a team environment,

Individual must have his own conveyance. Preferably have a Business degree ans have experience in public dealings.
