Responsibilities and Authorities:

To raise the short fall of the material / accessories after necessary investigation and search the root cause and take preventive measures that the problem did not occurred again.
Daily target report to monitor weather target is matched or any deficiency, the reasons of deficiency and to recover all the production lose.
All these plans will be put together to have a “Time and Action Plan” for the said Job which will be forwarded to Marketing dept within 2 working days lead time after their inquiry.
To create and update fabric status sheet (Delivery wise fabric status) on daily basis for the shipments with the coordination of General Manger fabrication.
Stitching Plan to closely monitor orders in stitching and to remove all the hurdles during target planning, line management.
Container wise planning to provide the best possible dates with the respect to the factory as well as customer requirement.
Comparison of timeline with actual results for any contingency plan for those orders which are on critical position.
Confirmation of delivery dates to check fabric closing date, factory position & customer required ex-factory date.
Discussion on best possible fabric closing dates according to the cutting, factory and customer requirement Preparing an “Initial Time and Action Plan” for each job keeping in view the available production capacity.
Using Daily Production Reports and Daily Production meetings to evaluate the production proceedings.
Fabric and Accessories follow to provide maximum things to production to increase productivity.
Weekly meeting with GM Production and Director Operations for monthly delivery schedules.
List of pending plans, files after 7 days of issues of plan of action from marketing department.
To keep close coordination with unit management regarding the updates of the shipments.
Raising a “Timeline for Information” to Marketing Dept along with its time and action plan.
To coordinate with Cutting department according to the Cutting & Stitching requirement Plan of action received with original sample, BOM, Specs sheet with other information.
Make a plan to utilize our maximum resources to get maximum output from the plant Adjustment of Left Over of previous season in next season to get maximum revenue
To coordinate with production department according to the production requirements No of units, sewing machines & line management according to the order booking Daily production meeting of cutting, stitching, finishing & packing for daily targets.
To make Capacity Planning, Identification, comparison & maximum utilization Follow up with marketing department for in time provision of the information.
Recheck fabric and accessories plan to ensure any kind of mistake in plans Follow up of induction, stitching of shortfall to close the order timely Production Status on daily basis, weekly basis and monthly basis.
Daily update to GM Production regarding production issues Monthly planning, organizing and controlling in all aspects.
RFI & Induction Follow up & meet the in time priorities.
To keep Close follow up of Fabrication with fabrication Cutting follow ups and meets the in time priorities.
Seasonal targets and comparison of days left.
Daily monthly performance report of stitching Total capacity identification and allocation.
Reconcile the stock report on daily basis.
Stitching, finishing and packing follow.
Comparison of labor force and output.Seasonal / Yearly Performance Customer’s PO wise Closing Follow up of shipping goods.Follow up of CMT unit.
