The Amazon Media Intern with a little bit of experience will administer the company’s stores on Amazon.

Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;

  • Examine each product photo to determine the correct condition, manufacturer, and other pertinent criteria.
  • Write concise, appealing, and accurate descriptions necessary to list items to maximize e-commerce sales.
  • List all items accurately, comprehensively, with no typos or spelling errors.
  • Responsible for taking detailed, clear, and appropriate photos to enhance the online description of the items.
  • Order Confirmation Check and shipment processing.
  • Create Inventory Slips for listed items and properly place them into inventory.
  • Delete / Update / Relist Sold items for fulfillment as needed.
  • Meet minimum daily listing goals and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or any other relevant discipline.
  • Nominal online eBay & Amazon listing experience.
  • Adequate SEO knowledge.
  • Ability to perform research, analyze websites.
  • Strong Communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Must be able to type product descriptions. 
  • Knowledge of online sales and understanding of major channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail with good multitasking, and organizational ability.
