Finalization of accounts.
Preparation of Management and Projected accounts required by Management or Bank Officials.
Statutory forms and accounts filling annually
Checking weekly bank reconciliation and resolving any issue related to pending entries.
To check and approve all vouchers given by purchase, Import, Finance, HR and Sales.
Check Daily cash vouchers and approves Daily cash book.
Adding the record of OEMs and Suppliers and Customers into the System.
Check all vendor purchase bill with approved contract rates, and signed them from General Manager.
Ensuring the posting of monthly accruals in the software.
Maintaining the record of ongoing capital projects.
Checking the working of monthly Sales Tax Return before submitting.
Co-ordinate all corporate matter like responding / handling all inquiries and notices from SECP.
Checking the working of withholding tax return and ensuring the submission of withholding tax return.
Co-ordinate in all Income Tax and Sales Tax related matters.
Checking monthly sale tax projection based on target and actual sales.
Checking of sale and purchase register for sale tax return.
Stay in touch with Tax Consultant for any query and technicality regarding tax matter.
Supervise the working of his sub ordinates and report to Manager Finance.
