1. Process all orders.

2. Print OPF, PO and maintain all related records.

3. Dispatch related documents to factory & client for further procedure.

4. Handle all local customer inquiries and maintain inquiry register.

5. Prepare all quotations for clients, communicate the same to them and maintain quotation register.

6. Maintain customer complaints record.

7. Handle all matters related to supplies/deliveries to client and inform them on same date by fax or letter.

8. Contact customers regarding dispatch instructions, if necessary.

9. File all pink copies of receipts after writing the OPF no. on them.

10. Correspondence with factory regarding supplies of capacitors and other matters about orders.

11. Maintain and provide marketing information and data.

12. Any additional task assigned by Head of Department.
