2. Ensure an effective implementation of marketing activities and promotional strategies
3. Over all see the sales function by developing and implementing quarterly/yearly operating sales plan.
4. Ensure effective hiring, direction and retention of the sales team.
5. Dealer Development.
6 . Development of Dealer Network.
7. Keep close liaison with distribution team on market feedback, competitor activities, etc.
8. Critically evaluate unit/month/territory wise sales on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
9. Provide supervision through field visit and Direct Contact.
10. Territory mapping of the assigned areas.
