We are looking for energetic, confident, and passionate Team Lead.
- The candidate must have 3 years of experience in a call center & 1 year of experience as team lead.
- Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of call center methodologies, metrics, and practices.
- Proficiency in technology, computers, software applications, and phone systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Having Experience in Final Expense Outbound Campaign.
Job Timings: Monday-Friday
8:00 Pm - 5:00 Am
