Amigos Outreach is looking for a energetic call center Trainer who can train and motivate new staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for training of the new recruits.
Responsible for conducting refreshers training when required.
Reports an individual’s progress and identifies additional training needs.
Work alongside HR Department.
Responsible for conducting training for any new offer/product being introduced in the market.

Timings: Monday - Friday ( 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM )
