Applicants with positive attitude, good listening and communication skills and past experience will be preferred.
Must be able to handle calls outbound (Sales)
Follow Script for all calls.
Understand nature of call and action according to relevant procedure.
Update correct information.
Candidates who have experience working on Auto insurance live transfers will be preferred.
