Amigos outreach is looking to hire a Teamlead/supervisor to lead the operations team of Final Expense Insurance Lead generation & Live transfer program.
Candidate should have prior experience on Final Expense Program as a team leader or CSR for more than a year
Candidate should have Excellent communication skills most importantly Speaking & Listening
Candidate should be able to take transfers and close the calls of newbies
Should be a team player and people's guy who can work with all sorts of agents (qualified/underqualified both)
Should have good understanding of call center culture
Should be punctual and have the loyalty factor towards the company
Should not be enrolled in any Study program as he/she will not be entertained any leaves on Study/Exams (Please do not apply)
Should have common sense
**Salary Ranges from 30,000 - 50,000 and will be decided in the boards interview depending upon candidate's skill set.

Outbound calls are made by telemarketing agents to the customers where we typically use a predictive dialer so that a large number of calls can be made per hour./p
