Education: BE Mechanical / Industrial, (M.E Will be a plus)
Experience: 4-6 Years

Job Requirements:

The prime responsibility of the job is to coordinate with maintenance, procurement and stores to ensure optimal order planning and inventory control.
Ensure that all inventories, spares, equipment parts are maintained at significant levels.
Constantly review preventive maintenance program and make necessary arrangements for a smooth production operations.
Must be familiar / proficient with various industrial machines and equipment.
Proficient knowledge and understanding of all quality assurance procedures and requirements.
Must have hand on experience and working knowledge of cranes / hydraulics / utilities / workshop / rotatory equipment
Leads and facilitate processes that can enhance productivity.
Develop a deep understanding of manuals and provide professional opinion in case of query
Ensure that all documentation is in place (history cards/ spares / checklist / budget / downtime analysis etc.)
Responsible for housekeeping in all work areas through proper scheduling.

Ideal candidate should have the following skills:
1. Good communication skills (written and verbal)
2. Good planning and organization skills
3. Good Leadership, interpersonal and organization skills
4. Should have strong have knowledge of Microsoft Office
5. Hands on experience of SAP
6. The ability to understand CAD / CAM Designs
7. The ability to undertake detailed and elaborate work
8. The ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
