Job Requirements:

· Proficient knowledge and understanding of CNC/Roll shop procedures and requirements

· Assures, monitor and maintain Mill Stands/Guides/Rolls, spare parts, organize and control inventories

· To be fully proficient with CNC machines

· Read and interpret maintenance manuals, drawings

· Departmental documentation (history cards/spares/checklists/budget/downtime analysis etc.)

· Experience / knowledge of cranes/ hydraulics/ utilities/ workshop/ rotary equipment’s will be a plus

· HSE knowledge regarding transport of heavy machinery / equipment’s within plant premises

Personality Traits / Skills:

· Ideal candidate should have the following skills:

a. Proficient communication skills (written and verbal)

b. Good planning and organization skills

c. Leadership, interpersonal and organization skills

d. Should have strong have knowledge of Microsoft Office

e. Understand CAD / CAM Designs

f. The ability to undertake detailed and elaborate work

g. The ability to identify, analyze and solve problems

h. Hands on experience of SAP will be a plus

i. Track history of developing & empowering teams
