Job Specifications:

Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience: Fresh or 1-2 years of relevant experience

Job Requirements:

Work as a front liner who recieves all incoming customer calls.
Establish relationships with customers.
Schedule appointments with customers.
Increase after sales customer loyalty and retention through follow up.
Handle secreterial needs of department.
Process sales documents related to customer correspondance and internal deparments.

Personality Traits / Skills:

Proficient in MS office application
Time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer oriented

Amreli Steels Limited is a fully automatic re-rolling mill and is a recognized down stream industry of Pakistan Steel Mills Corporation, Bin Qasim, Karachi. The group, founded over 50 years ago, initially invested in manual hot-rolling technology & installed four re-rolling mills across Pakistan. In the 1970's, the group invested in the ship-breaking industry to feed its mills. By the early 80's a strong increase in the quantities & quality was foreseen. To cater to this demand, Amreli Steels scrapped all its manual re-rolling mills & imported the presently running fully automatic mill based on the latest rolling technology available in the world. During the past twenty years, we have achieved many milestones that have contributed to our success today.
