Business Development Manager

Amrood Labs is looking to hire an energetic and innovative business development manager to join our team. We are a berlin based company, and we offer software-related services in Web, Mobile and DevOps space.The ideal candidate should have:

A minimum of 1 year of professional experience
Should be a BBA/BBIT or MBA qualified
Should have very good written & communication skills
BS(CS) or BS(IT) graduates with a business degree will be preferred

Responsibilites:

Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour).
Strong research skills (LinkedIn Search, Advanced Google Search etc.)
Acquiring business through outbound calling & email campaigns.
Quality project selection and bidding.
Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, followup with client and closure.
Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Communicates on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
Maintain very high rating on all platforms.
Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s) and keep a strong follow up.
Interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada / Australia.
Convert the leads into sales opportunities.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate data on regular basis.
Focused on customer satisfaction and ensure to resolve all the issues vigilantly.
Willing to switch between Day and Night Shifts for US/EU Market
