HSE Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the HSE system across the company, including documentation, day to day operation at workshop and project site.

· Development and implementation of safety & loss prevention policies. Reviews & Maintain safety manuals, procedures, documents, and recommends appropriate amendments.

· Have knowledge and enforce compliance of Regulatory requirements (i.e. OSHA) including company HSE policies and procedures.

· Maintaining & updating HSE system at all company facilities and projects.

· Conduct safety audits at HO, workshop and projects site; inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment’s to identify & correct potential hazards and to ensure safety compliance with the legal and contractual requirements.

· Coordination with 3rd party certification agencies for auditing and certification purpose.

· Identifying the best practices and lead continuous improvements initiative to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness and improve safe work practice.

· Responsible for day to day implementation of all safety measures and enforce the safety rules and regulations at projects and to report the management about areas of concern.

· Prepare weekly and monthly Quality and HSE performance reports.

· Investigate incidents (accidents, near miss danger occurrence) and preparation of report for the managements review.

· Establish and maintain emergency prevention, preparedness, response arrangement & conducting safety drills as per requirements.

· To ensure availability & implementation of Permit to work system (PTW), Risk Assessment and job safety analysis prior to any activity.

· Providing Input for Tender Department regarding all Tender relevant matter related to Quality, HSE, and Corporate Level standardization.
