Demos to Clients

Gap analysis and documenting all user needs/requirements
Validating the gathered requirements with the PM from client-side
Studying requirements, re-document them conforming.
Defining which requirements will need implementation, development, or both, and document the proposed solution
Revising functional and technical decisions with implementation team leader and developer assigned to the project
Handling project lifetime considering not adding new requirements without confirmation, and pushing teams to get work done with high quality and in time
