To Assist in organization's regulatory affairs by ensuring activities are conducted accurately, ethically, and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards
To Plan and monitor regulatory affairs so the organization has the permits, licenses, certificates authorizations, and other approvals it needs to conduct its current and future commercial activities
To monitor regulatory developments and advise on the potential impact of regulations on the organization
To Establish and maintain positive relationships with health regulatory authorities (provisional and Federal)
To Represent the organization in matters before regulatory, legislative, or industry standards agencies
To prepare dossiers (both local and import) for submission in health authorities and maintaining all regulatory files and documents
To prepare necessary checklist for registration in DRAP
To have in-depth knowledge and be familiar with the Pharmacovigilance and internal QA Audits
To ensure overall compliance
