We are looking to hire a Chat Support Executive who connects with customers through instant messaging on a business's website or mobile app. The online chat support executive may provide technical support, resolve customer service inquiries, or offer additional forms of real-time problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via web chat and email.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
Inform current and potential customers with product and service information (new features & functionalities)
Follow up with the customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader.
Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Reporting to HOD over the email of clients and experienced to deal with clients and price negotiate ability on products.

Requirements & Skills:

Experienced as a Chat Support Executive or similar role.
Must have IT products knowledge
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent typing skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases
Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
