- Daily accounting entries in the Peachtree and ERP
- Check and process payment request in ERP.
- Timely payment processing as per agreed vendor terms.
- Monthly reconciliation of sales and booking inflows with accounting records.
- Prepare monthly Trial Balance.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements
- Ensure no cheques are issued without approval of the Accounting Manager.
- Prepare monthly cash balances by project, entities and bank accounts.
- Prepare Sales Tax and Withholding Tax calculations.
- Coordination with Site Admin, Operations team, Sales Staff, Site Accountants.
- Assist Accounting Manager in resolving audit queries.
- Maintain proper files and document record.
Requirements:
- Do you have experience of working in a Real Estate Company or a Construction Company ?
- Do you have experience in accounting and ERP?
- Are you good in MS Excel (financial modeling)?
- Are you very hard-working and energetic?
- Do you have Accounting? (B.Com, M.Com, BBA)
- Do you have a 2-3 years of work experience?
