Summary:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the overarching task is to assist the Sales Team to achieve all monthly and annual Sales targets related to the specific housing scheme they are assigned to, including:
· Marketing activities (kiosks, door to door, events etc)
· Providing all information in a clear fashion to customers relating and pertaining to the purchase of a home in Safiya Homes
· Dealing in an appropriate manner with customers on a daily basis
· Following up with customers
· Completing in full and with accuracy all paperwork and reports relating to sales and the collection of important customer data
· Promote AMC and it’s vision and mission to any relevant contacts, making and building new contacts where necessary
Other Role & Tasks
Sales Supervisor will be required to attend work on a daily basis in a timely manner and will be required to where appropriate attire representing the ‘face’ of AMC.
Sales Supervisor will be required to demonstrate a sense of social responsibility and actively agree with and pursue the vision and mission of AMC according to her designation level, conforming to the core values of AMC.
