To be responsible for the development and implementation of financial models to support the delivery of AMC's various projects, programmes and policies.

To assist the CFO to provide high quality and timely financial impact assessments to Executive Team, Board, and Departments in AMC.

To consolidate data for the presentation of budgets and providing an overview of the financial status of AMC operations.

To develop, deliver and implement financial models and financial modelling tools for financial feasibility of AMC housing projects.

To work autonomously in building, populating and using financial models for projects throughout AMC.

To be responsible for ensuring the availability and adequacy of data to be used in models is of sufficient quality by establishing procedures for collecting and manipulating information and building in appropriate checks and controls.

To work collaboratively across multi-functionally teams in AMC.

To assist the CFO with managing the AMC Board, responsibilities will include organising board meetings, preparing board meeting materials, capturing minutes of meetings and monitoring board action points.

Take a lead on Project funding applications of new and upcoming projects.

Take on the responsibility of the interfacing and communications with the Investors.
